Safe-Gard is a modern rupture disc with preload. A cross-shaped precision notch on the vent side ensures accurate fracture behavior. The domed disc consists of a single diaphragm and is suitable for liquids and gases with an operating/burst pressure ratio of 90%. Ideal for a wide range of burst pressures and sizes, Safe-Gard combines the versatility of conventional metal discs with the performance advantages of indentation technology.

UNIVERSAL ARMA-GARD
Rupture disc made of graphite
Universal Arma-Gard is an advanced graphite bursting disc that can be mounted between flanges without a retainer. The unique design solves the problem of conventional graphite bursting discs being compromised due to poor storage, handling or installation. This is achieved by a steel reinforcement ring that protects the graphite bursting disc element while allowing for tight clamping and proper sealing. Unlike conventional monobloc designs, Universal Arma-Gard eliminates the possibility of sidewall breakage.

PURE-GARD
Sanitary pressure relief
Pure-Gard is an innovative, sanitary pressure relief solution designed specifically for applications where cleanliness is a top priority. The new disc design offers a cleanable, robust solution that will help you deal with the challenges of complex manufacturing environments – including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and food processing. Pure-Gard offers a solution that is completely independent of the gasket – gaskets can be replaced regularly without having to replace the pane. This innovative design feature ensures that Pure-Gard’s useful life exceeds that of traditional sanitary pressure relief solutions. The rupture disc remains protected thanks to the one-piece design, minimizing the risk of damage during installation. Due to Pure-Gard’s stable structure, ventilation-side piping loads have no effect on its performance. Also available as a low-pressure version, Pure Gard Solo.

Flo-Tel and Test-Tel + Holder
The Flo-Tel system for monitoring is simply, non-invasively, screwed into the holder from the outside. Flo-Tel can be reused indefinitely. Can be used without problems even in critical environments due to ATEX approval. Flo-Tel is an excellent solution for determining when a rupture disc will respond under severe operating conditions. After bursting, only the bursting element must be replaced. The high cost of a Rewiring not required. In interaction with Radio-Tel™ the process temperature can also be monitored with Flo-Tel via a built-in thermistor.
The mobile test device Test-Tel can also be used to conveniently check any rupture disc for defects in a matter of seconds. All holders are prepared for the use of Flo-Tel or Test-Tel.
Bursting panels and OEM products
Elfab’s full-opening, non-fragmenting explosion panels are used to protect against the hazards of dust explosions in silos and bucket elevators and are available in a wide variety of sizes, shapes and designs.
